when you submit your own order information you deserve to save what we would have to pay for labor costs, a substantial saving that is passed on to you!

Does the 35% discount apply to faxed orders?
No, these orders take special handling and require more of our time to process. Faxed orders will receive a 20% discount and showroom consultation get a 10% discount. To take advantage of the maximum discount, you must place your order using our online ordering system.

How soon can I expect to receive my invitations once I have placed my order?
You need to allow 2 to 3 days for the printing of your invitation ensemble. The exceptions are noted to the right of the photograph of the invitation you choose. Please read the description carefully as it offers important information that is sometimes overlooked by clients. Sometimes it will let you know that an online proof of the invitation isn't possible, so you will be emailed a proof within a few days. You will also need to allow time for shipping. Orders shipped UPS ground can take up to 5 days. If you're in a hurry, you might consider 3 day select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day delivery.

Is it possible to see a proof of my invitation?
Yes. The website does show you a very close approximation of what your invitation will look like. At times the online proof shows spacing inaccurately. If you want a line space and put one in when entering your text, it will be printed with a line space. That space might not show up on the virtual proof. Birchcraft and Carlson Craft will provide you with an emailed proof. For Carlson Craft, request the proof in the Special Instructions section on the order form. Birchcraft has you request it as part of the ordering process. Remember that this does add 2-3 days to the production and a small charge.

Do you accept orders from outside the USA?
Carlson Craft and Birchcraft will accept orders from outside the continental US.

What is your guarantee?...No matter how much you save, you deserve quality...that's our pledge. You have the option of ordering samples online. These have no printing on them. They let you know the look of the card as well as overall quality. Reading the description also lets you know particulars about the invitation. You are welcome to call our studio since we have the albums to refer to if you are in a hurry and don't have time to order samples. Also, if the photo of the invitation only shows the invitation and not enclosures, then the enclosure folders/cards will probably be white (not matching the invitation). If we (or our suppliers) make a mistake, your order will be corrected at no cost to you. Rest assured we only represent quality companies that have a history of reputable customer relations. If you have a problem contact us for assistance. To help you avoid making mistakes that are beyond our control, (such as incorrect spelling, or mistakes in names, phone numbers or addresses) we offer the following tips to help you avoid the most common errors.

What can I do to avoid making mistakes?
Proofread and reread all your order info at least 2-3 times. Have someone else proofread after you do. Most errors made will occur in info that is very familiar to you, such as names of people and places, addresses, phone numbers, and the like. Once you place your order, it does come to us before being submitted to our printers. We look through all parts of it and if we see anything of concern we will call or email you. Of course, if we or our suppliers do see an obvious error we will correct it, but this is not guaranteed.

If I find a mistake after I've submitted my order, what should I do?
Contact us immediately...both by telephone and email so that we can edit your order prior to submitting it for printing. If it has already been submitted we will make every effort to intercept it so it can be corrected. Since these go to press quickly, please call right away.
