Frequently Asked Questions Wedding Invitations ProtocolServices and Products Provided by Invitation Professionals Wedding (and other invitations) File Formats What are traditional invitation colors? There are three basic colors that fall into this category: white (bright white), wedding white (ivory or cream colored), and ecru (beige). It is important to read the description of the invitation you're considering. Sometimes the wedding white is referred to as traditional white. When should wedding invitations be ordered? How soon can I expect to receive my invitations once I have placed my order? When should the wedding invitations be mailed out? What are Respond Folders and how are they used? Respond cards are used to give you an accurate count of guests attending the reception. If different entrees are being offered, the choices can be listed on the card. If you can't fit all of the options on the form, contact me by email or phone before placing your order. You will need to decide who will be receiving the cards once they are mailed. Don't forget that you need to put a stamp on the respond card envelope. Another option is a respond postcard. What can I do to avoid making mistakes? If I find a mistake after I’ve submitted my order, what should I do? If I don't order my inner envelopes lined, does that mean I only receive one size of envelope?
